Addressing Outdated Interfaces and Complex Navigation
The original app design was functional but lacked modern aesthetics and intuitive navigation, leading to user frustration and inefficiencies during critical transactions. Users encountered difficulties finding key features and navigating the app, which impacted their overall experience. The challenge was to reimagine the digital interface in a way that would simplify complex banking tasks while maintaining the trust and security inherent to the brand.

By incorporating clean design principles and advanced prototyping methods, we aimed to deliver an interface that resonates with today’s digital banking customers, making routine tasks faster and more accessible.
